REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Refunds for NCEExamPrep products are only given under the following circumstances:

  • The student/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the student/user requests a refund in writing via email within three (3) business days from the date of purchase (email notification sent).

  • There will be no refunds for an accessed online course except when a purchaser qualifies for a refund under the Guaranteed Study Package Refund & Rebate Guarantee described below.

  • Any shipped course materials (study manuals, etc.) must be returned unopened/unused at your own expense if you accept delivery of the package.

ENROLLMENT EXTENSIONS

30-, 60-, and 90-day extensions are available for purchase to continue course access beyond the initial 90-day enrollment period.

Important:
Enrollment extensions do NOT qualify for the refund or rebate guarantee.
Guarantee eligibility applies only to the initial 90-day Guaranteed Study Package purchase.

Important: The entire Recommended Study Plan must be completed during the original 90-day enrollment period to qualify for the refund, free re-enrollment, or Pass It On Rebate.

Purchased extensions provide continued access to the course materials only. An extension does not extend, pause, renew, or restart the guarantee eligibility period. Study activities completed after the original 90-day enrollment expires do not count toward guarantee eligibility, and the cost of an extension is not eligible for a refund or rebate.

Refund & Rebate Guarantee

The Guaranteed Study Package comes with a dual safety net:

  • If you do not pass the NCE after following the Recommended Study Plan exactly, you are eligible to choose between:

    • 💵 A full refund of your enrollment fee, OR

    • 🔁 A free 90-day re-enrollment

  • If you do pass the NCE after following the Recommended Study Plan exactly, you are eligible for the Pass It On Rebate, which allows you to:

    • 💵 Receive your enrollment fee back, OR

    • 🎓 Use it to sponsor another test-taker with 90 days of access

To Qualify for Refund or Rebate:

There is only one exception to the original 90-day deadline: your actual NCE examination may occur after your access expires if you completed the entire Recommended Study Plan during the original 90-day enrollment and take the NCE within ten (10) business days of completing it.

You must:

  1. Be the original purchaser of the Guaranteed Study Package.

  2. Complete the Intro Survey at the beginning of the course.

  3. Post an initial social share using the hashtag #IPlanToPassWithNCEExamPrep and upload your screenshot in the course.

  4. Complete the entire Recommended Study Plan before the original 90-day Guaranteed Study Package enrollment expires. All required lessons, videos, chapter reviews, quizzes, and full-length practice examinations must be completed within this original 90-day period. Activities completed during an enrollment extension do not count toward refund or rebate eligibility.

  5. Complete all lessons, quizzes, and full-length practice exams in the Recommended Study Plan in order.

  6. Take no more than five (5) calendar days between any two study activities.

  7. After each full-length exam, rank your chapters from weakest to strongest and study in that order.

  8. Complete six (6) full rounds of chapter reviews and quizzes and seven (7) full-length practice exams (First exam must be simulation. The other six may be simulation or study mode). See Below.

  9. Take the NCE within ten (10) business days after completing the Recommended Study Plan. The examination may occur after the original 90-day enrollment expires, but the entire Recommended Study Plan must have been completed before that expiration date.

Additional Requirements:

  • For Rebate Eligibility (Pass):

    • Post a celebratory social share using #IPassedWithNCEExamPrep and upload your screenshot within one week.

    • Complete the Exit Survey and upload your official passing score report (screenshot or PDF) within one week.

  • For Refund or Free Re-enrollment (Fail):

    • Email [email protected] with your official failing score report (screenshot or PDF).

    • Your course activity will be audited for compliance with the Recommended Study Plan before eligibility is confirmed.

Important Note

The course is designed so that by completing it step-by-step, you will naturally fulfill all eligibility requirements. Any deviation from the plan may result in ineligibility for the refund or rebate.

Below is the Complete Recommended Study Plan Which Must Be Followed to Be Eligible for the Refund or Rebate.

  1. Pre-Study Phase

    1.     Take a full-length exam in Simulated Mode (i.e. NOT viewing correct or incorrect answers) (#1 of 7).

    2.     Watch all of the Passing the NCE with Confidence Videos.

  2. Review Number One

    1. After arranging your chapters in order of weakest to strongest (based on the full-length “pre-test”) skim the chapter outline and content for the “weakest chapter” and then take a chapter quiz. The minimum requirement to qualify for the Refund/Rebate is to take one (1) Chapter Quiz over each Chapter in order of weakest to strongest. Certainly you may do more.

    2. Repeat this process for each of the 13 chapters moving from “weakest” to “strongest”.

    3. Take a full-length exam (#2 of 7). The minimum requirement to qualify for the Refund/Rebate is to take one (1) full-length exam. Certainly you may do more.

  3. Review Number Two

    1. After arranging your chapters in order of weakest to strongest (based on the full-length exam just taken) skim the chapter outline and content for the “weakest chapter” and then take a chapter quiz. The minimum requirement to qualify for the Refund/Rebate is to take one (1) Chapter Quiz over each Chapter in order of weakest to strongest. Certainly you may do more.

    2. Repeat this process for each of the 13 chapters moving from “weakest” to “strongest”.
