NCEExamPrep Refund Policy

See below for additional details regarding the refund policy for the Guaranteed Study Package.

Refunds for NCEExamPrep products are only given under the following circumstances:

The student/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the student/user requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of purchase (email notification sent). There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner. All shipped course materials (study manuals, etc.) are returned, unopened/unused at your own expense if you accept delivery of the package.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that it will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term (i.e. one week, 30-days, etc.) unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. A reminder email will be sent before your subscription renews. Failure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date will result in the automatic charge for the next subscription period. No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel on time. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is accurate to receive renewal notifications.

Please understand that with the enrollment and accessing of your online study materials, you have read and agree to the aforementioned refund policy. There are no enrollment extensions granted for products. If you do not complete your preparation by the end-date of your enrollment, you may purchase additional enrollment access and pick up where you left off.

The Recommended Study Plan is designed to prepare you for the exam by following a proven method of study. The Recommended Study Plan will walk you through the material six times and test you on the material seven times during your repetitive study.  

We believe that the best preparation is to allow ninety (90) days for study activity, spending 1 to 3 hours each day. For example, some days will require you to spend 2 to 3 hours watching the Workshop Videos. Some days will require you to spend 2 to 3 hours taking a Simulated Exam. Some days will require you to spend 1 to 2 hours scanning a chapter and taking a Chapter Quiz. Some days will require you to spend 2 to 3 hours reading a chapter and taking a Chapter Quiz.  

However, we realize that some licensure candidates have different time requirements and that is why we developed the 60-day and 30 day packages. Be sure and consider the amount of reading time required as you determine which package is best for your needs.

To qualify for the No Pay, Full-Refund Guarantee you will need to:

  2. Provide proof of purchase

  3. Provide NCEExamPrep.com with proof of failing the NCE® Exam

  4. If you purchased the:

    90-Day package - Have spent 90 days of study per the Recommended Study Plan.

    1. The minimum requirement to qualify for the No Pay Guarantee is to take one (1) Chapter Test over each Chapter in order of weakest to strongest. Certainly you may do more.

    2. Repeat this process for each of the 13 chapters moving from “weakest” to “strongest”.

    3. Take a full-length exam (#2 of 7). The minimum requirement to qualify for the No Pay Guarantee is to take one (1) full-length exam. Certainly you may do more.

  8. Review Number Two

    1. After arranging your chapters in order of weakest to strongest (based on the full-length exam just taken) skim the chapter outline and content for the “weakest chapter” and then take a chapter test.
